​​​​​​Jianglong Carbon doesn't produce RP graphite electrode separately. We mainly produce UHP graphite electrode with nipple and HP graphite electrode with nipple for steel melting. But in the production, there are some HP grade electrodes have lower quality. We pick them out and treat as RP graphite electrode for sale. This is our special situation comparing with other graphite electrode manufacturers.

We use high quality imported needle coke and domestic needle coke to produce HP graphite electrode. Our RP graphite electrode has same material with HP grade. This is why they have better performance and lower consumption rate.

Jianglong RP graphite electrode customers know its quality is much better than normal ones in the market. Our RP graphite electrode is very hot for sale. This is the reason why we are short of RP grade supply usually.

Since 1987, we have exported RP graphite electrode for different countries including Russia, Middle Asia and other regions. Generally, we export finished RP graphite electrode with nipple preset. Steel makers gave us perfect feedback on our RP grade graphite electrode. Because of better performance and lower consumption rate, some steel makers think our RP grade graphite electrode can be used as HD even HP grade graphite electrodes.
